Forensic Interviews
A child-friendly site where professionals conduct joint investigative interviews of child victims of abuse or other acts of violence.
Crisis Intervention and Case Management Services for Victims and Non-offending Family Members
Available to children and families at all stages of the investigation and prosecution process. Helps children and families cope and heal emotionally. Provides practical information and support to the child and family about the investigation and court process. Links families with helpful community resources.
Safety Education
Teaches young children about safe and unsafe touches and ways to seek help from trusted adults.
Court Preparation
Prepares children for competency questions and the court environment.
On-Site Medical Exams
CAC has a complete medical examination room equipped with a colposcope.
Children Who Witness Violence Project
Children who have witnessed violence receive in-home crisis intervention services. The goal of the program is to help the child overcome the trauma of violence and to minimize the effects of exposure to violence on the child. Families are also linked with helpful community resources.
