With our long-term services program, we work to address a number of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, behavioral challenges, self-acceptance, family issues, and much more so that families can live safer, happier, and healthier lives. We provide services across the lifespan to meet your and your families needs, serving both adult and child clients.
Services we offer include:
Individual therapy including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Psychiatric care and medication management
Case management
Educational classes; including Domestic Violence Survivors & Parenting Classes
If you have an open case with Lucas County Children Services (LCCS), you will need a referral from LCCS to engage with the long-term services program.
We currently accept all Ohio Medicaid Plans for services.
